“SETLink App” หรือ “SETLink Application” เป็นแอปพลิเคชั่น ที่พัฒนาโดยตลาดหลักทรัพย์แห่งประเทศไทย เพื่อเป็นเครื่องมือสำหรับบริษัทจดทะเบียนในการอนุมัติข่าวและรายงานสำหรับการเผยแพร่สู่นักลงทุนผ่านระบบของตลาดหลักทรัพย์ฯ รวมถึงติดตามอัพเดทข้อมูลข่าวสาร กิจกรรมและหลักสูตรอบรมจากหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในตลาดหลักทรัพย์ฯ โดยมีเมนูหลักที่ใช้งานดังนี้ 1. Home (Smart-Info): ติดตามข้อมูลข่าวสารเกี่ยวกับบริษัทจดทะเบียน ได้แก่ ข่าวประกาศจากตลาดหลักทรัพย์ ข่าวประกาศด้านกฎเกณฑ์ บริการใหม่ของ TSD กิจกรรมสัมมนาสำหรับบริษัทจดทะเบียน เป็นต้น รวมทั้งมีฟีเจอร์ในการจัดการ content แนะนำสำหรับแต่ละบทบาทที่ใช้งาน 2. S-CA (Smart-Corporate Action): อนุมัติข่าวและรายงานด้วยบทบาท Approver โดยสามารถเลือกอนุมัติแบบทันหรือแบบตั้งเวลาล่วงหน้าเพื่ออนุมัติเผยแพร่ นอกจากนี้ยังมีหน้าจอ Approve List สำหรับเจ้าหน้าที่บริษัทจดทะเบียนใช้ในการติดตามสถานะข่าวและรายงาน รวมถึงขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงาน Corporate Action การกำหนดประชุมผู้ถือหุ้น (XM) และการจ่ายปันผล (XD) ได้อีกด้วย 3. Notification: รับการแจ้งเตือนเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติงานของบริษัทจดทะเบียนแบบ straight through process ตั้งแต่การส่งข่าวและรายงาน ตลอดจนการปฏิบัติงานด้านนายทะเบียน โดยในเฟสแรกนี้บทบาทผู้อนุมัติสามารถคลิกจาก Notification รออนุมัติข่าวและรายงานเพื่อทำการกดเผยแพร่สารสนเทศสู่นักลงทุนได้เลย 4. Profile: ดูข้อมูลโปรไฟล์ส่วนตัวและโปรไฟล์ของบริษัท ข้อมูลสำหรับติดต่อ RM (Relationship Manager) ประจำบริษัทของท่าน ดาวน์โหลดคู่มือสำหรับใช้งานระบบ SETLink เปลี่ยนรหัสผ่าน เปลี่ยนภาษาการใช้งาน application และออกจากระบบ สอบถามข้อมูลเพิ่มเติม ติดต่อ SET Contact Center โทร 0-2009-9999 หรือ ww.setlink.set.or.th “SETLink App” or “SETLink Application”, developed by The Stock Exchange of Thailand, is the exclusive portal and tool for listed company. To submit news and report to investors via SET’s dissemination system. Moreover, you can access updated announcement, activity and training courses from SET. Main Menu of SETLink App: 1. Home (Smart-Info): To view the up to date information that related to listed company such as SET’s announcement, regulations related news, TSD new services, activity and events for listed company etc. Furthermore, there is a feature of content suggestion for specific user role. 2. S-CA (Smart-Corporate Action): Approve News and Report by using approver role. The Approver can choose whether to approve immediately or schedule approve. The listed company’ s officers can view the Approve list to track news and report status including operation status and flow of corporate action: shareholder’s meeting (XM) and dividend payment (XD). 3. Notification: To get notifications that related to listed company’s straight through operation from submit news and report to TSD operation. In the first phase, approver role can submit news or report to investors by clicking from the pending for approve notification. 4. Profile: To view user and company profile, your company’s RM (Relationship Manager) contact information, download SETLink’ manual, change password, change application language and sing out.
