Organized and helpful
The new revision is organized and helpful but the response in the reality needs to improve
Stuck with no explanation
When submitting for “move out”, the date is not flexible and there is no explanation except Friday and Saturday are off. Today is Wednesday Feb 28 and i wanted to cutoff Electricity and water immediately or tomorrow but the system does not allow and again with no explanation. The systems forced me to cut it off next Sunday.
Besides, as there are two different services with two different numbers, i did the electricity, but how do i know the cutoff is for the two services?
Improvement required
1- Previous version we can do payment for many bills in one time, the new version this option not available
2- please add payment with Apple Pay
