I recently had an extremely frustrating experience with Ooredoo while traveling. Before my trip, I had specifically arranged for international minutes to ensure I could stay connected, only to find the service abruptly cancelled without any warning. Being overseas, this left me in a precarious position, unable to make essential calls.The situation turned from inconvenient to intolerable when I tried to reach out to their customer service. With no ability to call, I was entirely dependent on them to initiate contact. The response time was exasperatingly slow, exacerbating the situation and leaving me feeling neglected and undervalued as a customer.For a service that had already been paid for, this lapse in reliability and the subsequent lack of prompt support is inexcusable. It's alarming how unprepared Ooredoo seems to be in handling such critical issues for traveling customers. My experience points to a need for substantial improvement in customer service responsiveness and reliability, especially for travelers who rely on their phone service the most when they are abroad

Ooredoo has one of the most unstable and poorly maintained apps I’ve ever used. For a telecom company of this size, it’s embarrassing that basic functionality is still unreliable after so many years.Logins are inconsistent, the app asks me to register Face ID every single time I sign in even when I register Face ID every single time, and it deducts from my phone credit, sometimes draining it completely, instead of using data from my freshly recharged roaming package. It drained my credit completely right now while the customer care was speaking to me on a supposedly on toll free number and the call got disconnected, Balances, payments, and add-ons regularly fail or behave unpredictably.Random crashes, endless loading screens, and features that stop working without explanation make this app extremely frustrating to use. This is not a new product anymore; it reflects a serious lack of quality control, proper testing, and user focused development.

Errors and slowness noticed

I have been a frequent user of this app. But of late this app is very slow and unable to use becoz of errors. I was trying a live chat now and on the third attempt I was taken to a screen which says no one in queue but no chat window appears.I made a bill payment and got a message saying successful but another message said payment failed. But my account was debited. I checked my bill balance and there is no change. So I again made a payment and then I learned that the first one was successful. Now I have excess cash with ooredoo.Usually if I pay my bills within 14 days of billing, I get 4 GB of free data. It’s not updated in my account. What’s happening here??Someone has to look into these issues or people will be reluctant to use the site despite of all the advertisements
