Many failure attempts at paymentSubmit icon is hidden at the end of your long journey and when you try to move the screen around to unmask it it sends you an error message. Then you wait for 30 minutes to try again. I am in my 5th run with no success. Help desk asks you to try again in few minutes.

Do not use this app for Fahes appointments. I had a very bad experience; I tried three times to book, and 450 QAR was taken from my credit card. Even after many follow-ups and complaints, I have not received my money back. Since Fahes is the only option for vehicle inspection, we have no choice but to use their service, but I strongly recommend not making payments through this app.
Bring back the old version, more practical

The new version is less practical. First of all, the directions button of the station is set by defult to use Apple maps. No one uses Apple maps in Qatar (everyone uses google maps or waze). Also, the IT team of Woqod, please update the existing and remove non existing Woqod stations/mobile station as alot of stations are non existent (ie Ras Laffan mobile station).

Very good application, but need some enhancement in order to send a gift card for another person by number to fill fuel by certain amount it will be amazing upgrade for donating.
