Karwa Journey Planner 4+

This app has been very helpful to me until today I don’t know what happened. I opened the app and i cannot access the services anymore. The real-time bus routes, the free ticket that i downloaded (for metrolink), it just keeps on loading and brings you back to the home page. I ask my friend to download the app and even her experience a problem like registering/creating an account isn’t working. I already filed a complaint good thing filing complaint in the app is working. I will change my review if this app goes back to normal.
Edit: after filing the complaint it went back to normal. Thank you for fast response in resolving this problem.

Dear all reading this , this app is ridiculous as the reason being worst personal experience after recharging 100QR online through all the transaction is failed and money is still not refunded and even the customer service is horrible they are still advicing to tap on online recharge option in the bus even after trying that for 20+ times it’s still not reflecting not they have initiated. Leaving that aside the new problem after update app is not signing in even after trying too many times which eventually means I can even use the rechargeable QR card which also has a balance of 100+QR . And successfully Karwa being a solution to easy travel itself making someone not to travel only !

For all valuable mates if you have any other option to travel please go ahead with it coz this service provided is useless !

This app is good but mostly it doesn’t look good with putting admin information, my problem is putting my phone number and it won’t accept it. I hope someone reads this and improve soon or later. This is so important but the app itself is good.
