Good but can be great
App is very good, functional and well designed but missing a few navigation, with a better easy to use UI, more user can use the app to its full potential. Also should bring Apple Wallet compatibility, where users can use their phone or watch to pass through the gates.

App’s development nicely! Good Job. However, login has to be done after everytime opening the app whilst the credentials are already saved. App slows down after few moments of use.
Can’t find plan journey option
Hi!
So far the app is easy to navigate except for the “plan my journey” option as advertised. I can’t seem to find it. I’ve not yet taken a ride on the metro rail so that option would be very helpful especially for first-timers like me.
