Clean taxis in Qatar
I love Karwa’s taxi service, cars are clean and drivers are hygienic and professional, unlike Uber whose cars and drivers aren’t as regulated. Karwa also offers several promotions and cheaper fares. One thing I would love to see in the app is the ability to book more than one stop. Thanks and keep up the great work!
Location pinning
Why don’t your drivers carry enough change with themselves? Most of the time we need to find bakalas and buy something to make change and especially at nights it’s difficult to find places to make change.
Lastly, is there a rule saying drivers need to be on the phone while driving? It’s mainly a safety issue but it’s also annoying when you’re giving directions and they can’t hear you and they miss a turn. Makes the trip even more longer that way.
App is not working properly
I had updated the app couple of weeks back thinking something was wrong with the app and needed update, the day Karwa had a technical issue.
Since then the app doesn’t reflect the bookings, neither could track the rides. The status remains “Searching” ever since.
But the ride gets booked and SMS is received with vehicle details.
I tried calling the call center and explaining the issue, they don’t acknowledge of any technical issue. Just reinstall and it should be fine. I have reinstalled 3 time now, still the same.
