Stay away! Very unprofessional
Very unprofessional car rental. It does not matter if you book in advance, they will rent it out to someone else. I booked 4 days in advance and paid. When I went to get the car, they said that the car I booked is not available and I can come back in 1 hour and it will be available. It was bad, but still I walked around for 1 hour and came back, just to realize that they rented the car I booked now to someone else. The reply I got was that the other person booked just 15 min back so they get the priority in picking the car and that car is not available for you. They said now if you want you can take some other car from a different brand. This is after I booked 4 days in advance, payed for the car in advance and waited 1 hour for them. Anything can happen here. No meaning in booking, calling or asking. They don’t care.
