I bought a game some time ago and it doesn t let me download it on my new iphone, i tried to contact the apple supoort the 4 agents didn t do any good just wasted 3 hours of my life very bad service and unprepared staff. I tried to get a refund but the policy says i can t. So i bought a game that i can t install and can t get a refund on it so i can buy another one, very nice. Overall a bad experience and i feel sorry.

All my data since iPhone 3GS unusable. Phone types as slow as a typewriter if I restore from iCloud. I have to set up the new iPhone 16 as a new iPhone and drop 13 years of data if I want my phone to be fast. This is the last iPhone I buy. RipKeep 1600€ and buy a coffin with it.
