Lot of bugs because of “security reason”. I have NeoBT also and doesn’t have those bugs. This means NeoBT isn’t secure?

After a lot of complains I only get official responses from BT, even one that told me to check my internet connection.

A disaster comparing with NeoBT.

I’m using it to make tax payment and I switch a lot between BT24 and mail/document to get payment details. The app is asking me if I still want to continue my session, I push YES, and it logs me out and I need to take it from the start.

If i forgot to close the app and it runs in background and I want to do something quick, maybe to transfer some money to my credit card and use it, it shows me the message to wait 5 minutes. This is very annoying.

An example of missing functionality: In Neo if i open a credit card or account associated with it, it shows me how much I’ve spent already and how much I need to put back until next cutoff.

For developers who work on this app: Please compare it with NeoBT and you will see why this is a disaster.

For business: I have some companies that were early enrolled into NeoBT and I’m very happy with it and when I tried to add a new one they denied and told me to use this app, if I can name it app. Please let us use NeoBT of refactor this ASAP.

This message is a small piece regarding a big disaster.

When will you update the app to show the tranzacions at least accurate if not in real time? If i want to check a tranzaction I've made today or yesterday I have to wait 2-3 working days. And plus, the tranzaction will appear with the wrong date. This is not acceptable for a banking app.
If a use the card at a pos on the 10th, it will appear on the 13th as it was made on the 13th. And the only explination the support gives is that that is the date when the tranzaction is finalized. It's stupid. Even if the tranzaction is finalized 2-3 days after it should be shown with the Wright date în the tranzaction list.
You are the only bank that do this. How come others can show în real time and you can't??

You can't see the tranzactions on hold. Just the amount that is blocked. Stupid!

Aplicația mi se pare sinistru de nepractică. Îmi trebuie extrasele de cont pe mai multe luni, și, prin experiența cu aplicația de la o altă bancă, unde e foarte facil lucrul ăsta, am zis hai s-o fac din aplicație, să-mi trimit extrasele pe mail. De un sfert de oră îmi tocesc nervii cu treaba asta. Ba se blochează, și trebuie să ies din ea, ba mă pune să aștept 5 minute că pare contul încă activ, extrasul de cont nu reușesc să-l downloadez decât pe luna în curs... O mizerie care îți mănâncă nervii și timpul. După care te duci la bancă sau îi suni și te întreabă superior: “Dar de ce nu folosiți aplicațiaaa?!” - păi pentru că e sinistru, de-aia, pentru că ceea ce trebuia să ușereze lucrurile, mai mult le complică și face să ți se pară mai simplu să stai o oră la coadă și să completezi o mie de foi...

Salutare! Pentru a verifica extrasele de cont pentru o perioada mai indelungata, intra la Finante - Conturi curente, de economii si de card - selectezi contul si modifici filtru de data din dreapta sus. Data poate sa fie modifica cu maximum 1 an in spate. Daca mai ai ceva sa ne spui, trimite-ne pe bt24@btrl.ro. Numai bine!
