În plus, cu Face Signature & Touch ID ai un nivel de siguranță crescut, dar și confortul că intri în cont mai ușor ca la tine acasă.

Very buggy and bad application

Lot of bugs because of “security reason”. I have NeoBT also and doesn’t have those bugs. This means NeoBT isn’t secure?

After a lot of complains I only get official responses from BT, even one that told me to check my internet connection.

A disaster comparing with NeoBT.

I’m using it to make tax payment and I switch a lot between BT24 and mail/document to get payment details. The app is asking me if I still want to continue my session, I push YES, and it logs me out and I need to take it from the start.

If i forgot to close the app and it runs in background and I want to do something quick, maybe to transfer some money to my credit card and use it, it shows me the message to wait 5 minutes. This is very annoying.

An example of missing functionality: In Neo if i open a credit card or account associated with it, it shows me how much I’ve spent already and how much I need to put back until next cutoff.

For developers who work on this app: Please compare it with NeoBT and you will see why this is a disaster.

For business: I have some companies that were early enrolled into NeoBT and I’m very happy with it and when I tried to add a new one they denied and told me to use this app, if I can name it app. Please let us use NeoBT of refactor this ASAP.

This message is a small piece regarding a big disaster.

LET COMPANIES USE NEOBT!
That is a good app, this is bad.

Horrible app. Crashes at launch

Im absolutely amazed and disgusted how BT continues to force small companies (clients) to use this horrible, buggy and hard to use application.

Was this a failed internship project during summer programs and someone decided to launch it in Store as a bad joke? If so, the joke is on us, the clients!

I admit, there were some really small improvements in the past 5-6 months or so, but it’s still far inferior to what a finance/banking app should be. Even compared to NeoBT which you let me use for my personal account but not for company one.

BT24 App freezes for no reason, is not intuitive at all and UX is not tailored for a banking app in 2023.

Why I decided to post a review now?
In the past 3-4 DAYS I can’t even start the app because it keeps crashing at launch. (GJ Devs/QA)
Yes, I have the latest OS and App versions.

Please don’t thank me for the feedback. This is a purely NEGATIVE feedback for this disastrous application.
And no, I don’t want to spend my time contacting your phone numbers/email just to have a call-center person ask me to check the internet connection.

Horrible App

I use this app pretty often as I have both a business and a personal account at BT, yet almost everytime I try to open the BT24 app it either crashes or the face ID doesn't work and it makes me wait 5 whole minutes to try again. I've gotten the 'device inactive' and 'user tried to login abnormally' error more times than I care to count.

This has been happening for months with no improvements.

I wish I didn't have to use this app but it is what it is.
