Unusable after last update

After many errors (iOS), I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. It has now become unusable as it’s impossible to pass the verification steps. I can’t tell which part causes the error. It may be the foreign ID even though the app says foreigners can use their passport or national ID (European). When the error message appears, it’s impossible to move to another screen and go through the process again, while the error remains there even when you restart the app! So you need to uninstall it again and reinstall, go through all the steps again and of course end up at the same error. As a result of all these, you have now blocked all our online payments that demand verification from the app! A disgrace and a nightmare for us who are clients for so many years, both persons and business.

I can’t confirm any online payments in the app like I used to

I have been having a lot of problems with this app since july 2022 and absolutely no one was able to help me solve them. I was advised to uninstall the app, and I did, but my cards were still there, and nothing changed. I was advised to delete my card, and when I do that “ ups.. there is a problem try again later”. I have been trying for a month. On top of all after this, I can’t see my card info anymore. So I can’t confirm online payments, I can’t delete my card to add it again, I can’t see my card info, all of this things worked until my card expired and I had to add the new one. So what is the point of this app if I can’t do any of these things. When I called for help, I talked only with people that don’t have a clue, can’t help me: “I don’t know what to say, I don’t have an Iphone, find someone with an Iphone to help you”. This is the response I’m getting? Your costumer service can’t help me? I have to find people that have no idea how your app works to help me? If you have incompetent staff, direct the calls to BTpay team, to talk with someone who knows how to help me.

User friendly app

+: I’m using this app for 3 years+ now and i can say that it’s user friendly, got quick response and you can do many other activities (appart from the traditional banking ones) like buying ensurances, receiving offers from stores, paying bills etc.

-: the only thing which i really don’t like with this app and bt24 app, thing which i’ve asked/mentioned last year as well, is that i cannot make prepayments for my credit from the app and i have to go every time to a bank in order to do this; it’s quite simple to implement and it will be very useful for many of the users which got a credit.
