- You can authenticate without SMS code once the device is registered as trusted.

- Do not forget to activate geolocation. It helps us detect fraudulent activity initiated from foreign geographic areas in Home’Bank.



You decide where you shop! You can access offers from over 100 partners in Bazar, from which you will receive cash-back.

You have plenty of payment options:
- Alias Pay: payments based on the phone number only.
- You can pay with the phone. You don’t need a physical wallet, you pay with Apple Pay
- Paying your invoices, with Scan&Pay option, you can pay your invoices just by scanning them with your phone camera.
- Online instant payments: RON Transfers to other banks in Romania are instant, including invoice payments or to other suppliers, if their bank is enrolled in the instant payment program.
- Payment requests: You can send payment requests to friends from your phonebook. They receive a payment notification in Home’Bank.

Urare Crăciun și Anul Nou! / Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

RO: Mă bucur că am ales ING, am avut satisfacția de a rezolva totul din aplicație, lucru care m-a bucurat enorm.. sper în continuare să fie totul la fel de bine având card ING și implicit această aplicație .. să evolueze totul și mai mult.. Vă doresc să aveți un Crăciun liniștit, armonios și un An Nou plin de satisfacții profesionale și de ce nu, cât mai multe filiale ING deschise in mai multe orașe .. mai ales în Câmpulung Muscel/România(chiar este mare nevoie aici de o bancă sau bancomat ING) Acestea fiind spuse, sper ca aceste sărbători să vină cu bine, cu bucurie, iubire dar mai ales sănătate! Crăciun fericit și un An Nou minunat! EN: I am glad that I chose ING, I had the satisfaction of solving everything in the application, which I was very happy .. I still hope that everything will be just as good with the ING card and implicitly this application .. to evolve everything even more. . I wish you a peaceful, harmonious Christmas and a New Year full of professional satisfaction and why not, as many ING branches open in several cities .. especially in Câmpulung Muscel / Romania (there is a great need for a bank here or ATM ATM) That being said, I hope that these holidays will come with good, joy, love and especially health! ING are prea multi clienți, nu-i mai pasa

Acum multi ani, cand mi-am facut cont, procesul a fost extrem de simplu si rapid. Am vrut acum sa fac cont si sotiei, din Homebank. Am completat toate datele, incarcat documente ok, mai ramanea de activat contul. A incercat sa faca transfer de fonduri pentru activare (cu card Raiffeissen, emis pe numele ei), a primit o eroare. Am incercat inclusiv cu cardul meu ING, aceeasi eroare. Am asteptat 2-3 zile, am incercat din nou, la fel. A sunat apoi al suport clienti, au spus ca se va rezolva; incercat din nou peste cateva zile, aceeasi eroare. Peste inca o saptamana a sunat din nou, din nou promisiune ca se va rezolva, nu s-a rezolvat nimic. Au trecut cele 30 de zile, contul s-a inchis automat, nimeni nu s-a sinchisit. Am mers apoi in sediul ING 13 Septembrie, am asteptat aproape o ora sa fim preluati, am explicat problema; dupa vreo 10 minute, intreb cat mai dureaza, in conditiile in care aveau deja toate datele; mi se raspunde ca nu stie, intreb: mai mult de un sfert de ora? Mi se raspunde: da, mai mult. Am spus ca nu mai avem timp sa asteptam; aici s-a incheiat incercarea de a deschide contul, fara macar un "Scuze" sau sau o explicatie, sau macar "Va contactam noi cand se rezolva".

Salutare din nou si multumim pentru feedback-ul tau! In cazul deschiderii contului online din Home'Bank, acesta se poate activa doar prin portare cu un card de la alta banca emis pe numele titularului de cont. Nu este posibil prin transfer sau prin utilizarea unui card ce apartine altei persoane.

Ne pare rau si pentru experienta din Office si regretam cele intamplate! 🙏

Missing functionality

Probably the worst part is that there is no way to report a problem from whin in the app. If you are facing an issue, your only option is to call the call-center because who doesn’t want to spend minutes on hold just to talk to a call-center worker that is not part of the development team of the app and has no way of fixing the issue.
In the past couple of day they have been spamming me on all available contact methods (app notification, email, sms) to update my date. Not only it’s only available from the mobile app, not the desktop website, but it doesn’t work from the app (and yes i check, i have the latest version of the app and no updates available, tried on multiple occasions). The fist page work to fill in the date, but on the second page where address is required, there is no field where city and country can be added in, however it doesn’t allow you to go to the next page because those inexistent fields need to be completed. Which mean i further have to waste my time to physically go to an office to tell someone my data. Really disappointed with this bug and the lack of in app support available.
