Not ready!

Why do you release a bank app when it’s not fully functional? At least let the old one role in paralell until everything is fixed. My mothly credit fee is displayed wrong since the beginning (5-6 months?) and all i get as response is that you are working on it!!!!
Also it does not display the economies!
Honestly if the older app have had face ID authorisation it would have been perfect. Very dissapointed!! And yes, still no apple pay for Visa, why????

The worst banking app I’ve ever had

I don’t even know where to start, I thought switching to this new app from the old one was supposed to be an upgrade but it’s still the same. The worst part is that it disconnects your account and you have to reactivate it, but can only do so in person, in one of their branches. That got me stuck while I was travelling abroad, couldn’t use the app, couldn’t check anything so I just had to guess how much money I had left. Not to mention I had to reactivate it less than 2 weeks prior to my trip. Everytime they force me to update I get anxiety cause I don’t know if I’ll have to to again to the bank to reactivate it. Bugs everytime, when I’m trying to approve any payment, when clicking on the notifivation to open the app it just doesn’t work, I have to be already logged in when doing the payment, so extra steps for me. I had reasons in the past to keep my account, I was receiving money from a BRD account, but now I’ll just consider closing it and sticking to another bank that actually invests in their web/ app development. Cheap af.

One of the worst experiences

I’m a BRD customer for 2months due to a mortgage loan and using YouBRD is one of the worst experiences I’ve been having since I’ve been using plenty of IB apps offered by different banks. It has too many breaks, too many updates which require me to setup the account every time. For more than a month I was not able to use the app even though my phone was updated with the latest version. Asked my account manager to support plenty of time, and there was aways a tech issue.. I tried to open a current account for 2 times, the operation got confirmed but the acc. was not listed in the list of products. Days later I saw I had the account opened for 2 times… This is not an user friendly app for IB consumer, it doesnt offer basic features such as opening the transaction detail without displaying the available amount in your account. And so on and so forth..
