New scheme to tax you a cancellation fee
You book a ride, it apparently arrives in 10 minutes but the driver goes the opposite direction for 15 minutes . You cancel because you have already waited 15 minutes and there are at least another 15 minutes more. You pay a cancellation fee because he was on route to you this whole time. It’s BullSheet , just a mecanism to get your money . Would not recommend

It’s a 4/5 because pickup times are inaccurate. And the address for getting home didn’t translate well to the navigation system of the driver.
