A most reliable company
I have been using BlackCab for several months and used it for a recent congress in Bucharest. I had the most satisfying experience. I placed orders for 3-4 trips per day for the foreign participants and all very happy with the professional treatment they received. Drivers are always on time, they are polite and efficient, they speak good English (and even Italian). Payment can be done in various ways. The service is reliable and hassle-free. Keep going!

BlackCab Customer Support
I’ve recentrly started using Blackcab again for Joy service mainly. After latest update of the app, I cannot book in advance Joy service anymore. What happens when I press Confirm Joy is that my touch button starts repeatedly vibrating until it stops and then also the Confirm Joy button is lit up again like I’ve never pressed it. Please correct this as I will not be able to use pre-ordered Joy anymore.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
