Review app
You launched the app in Romania in 14th of June this year and the content it’s great but when I stop looking at one episode and start again next day, it’s not playing from where I stopped it’s one episode behind and that’s quite annoying.
Disappointing
The app itself is not well polished at all when it comes to casting.
When casting to the TV, there is no “next episode” button, no “skip intro” button, it buffers quite a bit, occasionally, if I want to skip to the end to go to the next episode, it just buffers the end and goes back to where I was regardless of what I do.
The buffering is so slow that sometimes, if I use the “skip 10 seconds ahead” button, it just takes 10 seconds to load, might as well have let the thing play.
Plus, at the end of an episode, it waits 20 seconds to automatically go to the next episode. Why? Who wants to sit there and watch 20 seconds go down?
No Consideration for its Customers
I have an old IPad device and for obvious capacity reasons I cannot update it to the new IOS version. Now, Netflix is cool with that , HBO Max is cool with that, Prime Video is cool with that but Disney+ seems to have problem because when I open their latest compatible version with my IOS version they are kindly and friendly asking me to update my operating system in order to be able to access the service…the services which by the way I already paid for with the One Year subscription I got. So my dear Disney+ can you please let me know how should I access the service I’m paying for? AND NO, me buying a new Ipad should not be your concern since you were kind enough to accept to receive money for one year of service.
