Astfel, iti verifici in orice moment conturile, faci plati in lei, iti administrezi conturile de economii, achiti datoria pentru Bonus Card, platesti facturile de utilitati si reincarci orice cartela telefonica. Vrei mai mult? Poti face schimburi valutare, sa iti modifici parola de acces pentru Garanti BBVA Online, sa vizualizezi Garanti BBVA ATM or ATM-urile si agentiile Garanti BBVA din apropierea ta, sau sa suni la Serviciul de Relatii Clienti.
La prima logare in aplicatia Garanti BBVA Mobile, inregistreaza telefonul ca dispozitiv de autentificare folosind Ciframaticul. Apoi te vei loga in Garanti BBVA Mobile doar in baza parolei unice.
Aplicatia este disponibila atat in limba romana, cat si in limba engleza.
UI and functionality should improve. The functionality of the application is missing, you can't do anithing in it besides the basic operations. There isn't the posibility to autenticate with face id. This feature is easy to imlement! I'd sugest to take a look at the revolut app, copy some functionality from them, as for the UI experience, I think you either got bad luck with some bad UI designer or didn't care, or worse didn't buget this part of the application.

From time to time I encounter this issuse: I’m trying to open app (on an iPhone x, but I had the same problem on an iPhone 7), but instead of starting I get a pop up in which I’m warned that a new version of the app is available and if I want to continue I have to downloaded it!! I never encounter this in any other apps, even if some of them I didn’t update for months after an update was available!!! The real problem is that there is no update available!!! So, why I can’t use the app? I gave 3 stars cause’ when it’s workin’, the app is okeish...
Old app and limited features

For a 2024 app it looks old, features are 2000-ish. For basic operations means update ID, to re-register the app you need to visit an agency which is so frustrating for hese days. Features like generating virtual card from the app, updating ID from the app or enroll cards into Wallet seems to be scifi for this bank. I'm sorry to say that, but the app is from the past.Maybe they should inspire from ING and Revolut, but i'm afraid they won't.

I have the same problem over and over , I have updated the app on my iPhone 7 and when I try to open it , it shows me the same message to update the app to a new version but I have already done it and there is no new update on AppStore. Please fix it quick , also the is kind of good but full of bugs like this and there is no option for fingerprint login yet .... which also bothers me a lot .
