Very Good.
Very simple design and everything works perfect. I have only one thing to say… I don’t know if it’s just me or it’s by default but I don’t recieve any app notifications even I have them on. Like when I transfer money from another account to my Orange Money Account I don’t get a notification that the money arrived and it’s pretty mad because I have to keep looking in the app everytime to see if the money arrived or not. Overall a great app.
Mindboggling painful to use
Not sure how or why or who came up with the idea of this app but please, don’t ever let that person in charge again.
Just to get an overall idea, the most used part of the application (the login screen) is unusable. The first time I set up my account, it took about 20 minutes and around 15 tries to create and login and now, for some reason, it lost all data and when I try to open the app, there is no login screen, just the ‘Start-up’ screen that takes you through the account creation steps but when I input my e-mail, it already exists so I cannot login and I cannot create a new account. How do you develop a profile/account based application without a proper login method? I am not interested in helping fixing anything because this needs redesigning, I just want to know how could someone think this was a genuinly good idea.

Stuck in enrolment for a wek
Could not finish the enrolment process, keep waiting for an sms message for a week. The customer support did not help in any way, just asked for some info and promise to get back … wondering if this is the level of support for a new customer that you want to attract then what it would be for an existing customer … not really sure I want to know any more …
Update: after 5 days I’ve got a solution and manage to create the account and deposit some money. Then cannot get the virtual debit card. One day waiting for feed back from customer support. And the solution … wait again 5 MORE days…really…Is like a bad bad movie that you keep watching it to see how worst it can get
