Cat despre pierderea datelor, acestea sunt stocate pentru o perioada limitata de timp dupa expirarea valabilitatii abonamentului, perioada pe care facem tot posibilul sa o extindem gratuit in limitele resurselor disponibile, dar si in limitele legale (perioada de stocare este prevazuta si in Termenii si Conditiile de utilizare, informatie vizibila si transparenta pentru orice utilizator). De asemenea, unele corecturi pe factura nu sunt posibile (cum ar fi numarul documentului), din ratiuni ce tin de posibila dublare a numarului documentului, chestiune care ar putea fi neplacuta atat dpdv contabil, cat si dpdv al rigorilor presupuse de transmiterea documentelor in SPV.
