They are burglars.

I bought the tickets to Yacht Luxury tour.
They set the wrong location at the tickets, I arrived on time and couldn’t find the boat.

I called the number many times but nobody answered.

After that the girl from the support said that this was a mistake and she had set the wrong location at the tickets and she said that she would find the solution for me, but after two days nobody have contacted me.

They made the mistake and stole my money.
