Cannot type arabic even if i setup for Arabic language. Using IPhone.

I have couple of time to rias up request up Unfortunately it’s show error also is not supporting typing Arabia language, I have check the app setting as the employee explain to me but no result...

Unable to submit reports,it gives you error every time
