I placed an order with Mcdonalds and chose my visa card for payment, the app immediately connected the order with a representative/driver without giving me an OTP prior connecting with a driver. After 15minutes TO YOU sent a message that order was cancelled as payment wasn't successful (i have money in my account, its a working debit card, it was your app that didn't proceed with proper payment verification)

I placed another order but this time chose cash, and TO YOU was still asking me to pay the first order that they said they cancelled. In short both order arrived and the driver who was supposed to be paid via card asked for cash, i took both orders as I knew it wasn't the driver's fault. TO YOU customer service representative even called to confirm that I already paid the supposedly card driver with cash and to deal with them regarding the issue. To you customer rep said that he will clear the order! Guess what, they gave me a balance of 196sar!!!! And that I have to pay for it when I already paid all in cash for duplicated order. The service rep on chat is of no help. The customer service hotline can't be contacted via inbound call. They always have issue and customers suffer for their mistakes!

I will never order from this app anymore. This is useless and this is the first time i had a bad experience.

I order from kfc and my order were count 43 SAR and thats was around 1:35pm , I payed the first time with my Friend card and the ToYou system did not accept the payment, the second time I payed with my cards and it came up with the same problem, Note that the money was withdrawn from my friend's account and from my account too!! I contact the customer service at 1:40pm and they give me the auto replay which did not solve my problem I contact them again and again and the still give me tha auto replay. I told the driver that I already payed twice and show him the prove from Alrajhi Bank“before he reach my house and he said okay”, after he came to my house he said pay first then I will give you the order, I told him about every thing and he said I cant help you and you cant get your order unless you pay, he waited at my door 2:30 hour and while that he constant the drivers customer service and they did not answer him too. I wasted my money and my time for this order and I ended up with nothing, and this is my last time to order from ToYou app👎🏻.

I ordered some pharmacy items through the app for the first time and it was horrible experience. They deducted the full amount and later called me to tell that they don’t have all the items. I asked them to partially fulfill the order and refund the rest. They didn’t provide any update on the timeline or process and terminated the call. Then after 15 minutes, the ordered arrived. But it was the wrong item. I contacted support, they asked to share pictures, which I shared. They replied with: “ Please accept our apologies for this experience🙏🏻 We will contact the merchant and take appropriate action to ensure you have a better experience next time🤗” I contacted customer support multiple times and it was the standard response I got each time although I specifically asked them with the proof that item is wrong and they should pick it up from my place and refund me the amount. I will never use the app again, and strongly recommend not to order anything from them. Their merchants are bunch of liars. Never had any bad experience with other delivery apps.
