I’ve used this app for about a year daily due to school so I can say I’ve tried it long enough to give an honest review the prices are overpriced for a destination that on other apps where males could be a driver are way much cheaper and for my daily use it’s actually feeling not worth it to pay double the price just for the driver being a woman it’s not only a pleasure for us to feel safe but it’s also for the drivers as a way to make profit feeling safe since they make sure you aren’t a man through text to feel safe so it’s more likely benefitting them more . As well as drivers accepting your order only to waste your time by calling just to make sure the payment method is cash why have other choices in the app if they only accept cash ? What if I don’t have cash on me but I really need a ride ? Including the scent in cars it’s so so rare finding a car that actually smells tolerable it always reeks with cigarettes and a heavy perfume to hide the smell that is already there so the mixture with the heat of the sun makes it hell on earth. It’s either that or a strong perfume smell that makes my allergies go wild. Please fix these this app actually has been helping but with these fixed it would actually have a chance in being a 5 star app.

If the destination and fuel cost are the same for both male and female drivers, why is the price so much higher on this app?! On top of that, they only accept cash, and if you don’t have cash, they ask you to transfer to their personal bank account. So what’s the point of having an in-app wallet then? And we can’t even rate the ride experience, which means there’s no way to warn others if a driver’s car smells like smoke or if she drives recklessly. This app needs serious improvement. If you adjust your ride prices, you’ll actually profit more and become the #1 women’s app in Saudi Arabia. Everyone benefits: drivers will get more job opportunities, and customers will book more often.

first of all I feel save riding with wsslini however the quality of drivers and their cars aren't the best, some of the cars doesn't have AC!! On the top of that they always ask for cash & insist to cach the money out of the ATM machine on our way to the destination. usually they come with company i mean plus one and plus two sometimes meanwhile i can't cancel the ride cause i have an appointment also they will charge me if i cancel when she arrive. not to mention the overpriced rides the ride starts from 15 SR and more on weekends 🤷🏻‍♀️ please i'd love if u charge me the money before me arriving to my destination it's much better to me & to the driver cause some of them takes a while to end the ride Thank you
