First of all, the app is so useless like you can’t even register here properly. You can’t use without verifying the email and when you click verify the email, it says page not found. Next thing is the company. My location is 1 hour from their Riyadh Distribution hub. And it took them more than 10 days to deliver my parcel to me from Riyadh. I bought an item from Riyadh because I couldn’t travel there and it seemed an easy option to just get it delivered to me but it took them 13 days to deliver my parcel from Riyadh to me. The customer service is as useless as their app and their service. They keep on promising and saying about prioritizing the order and raising complaint. And the next time you call them, they say they will raise complaint and no complaint was raised previous time. Such a useless company with useless customer service

تأخير ومافي رد ولا تجاوب بخدمة العملاء بعد والمندوب كل يوم يغير الجدول والمضحك مرا قالي خربت سيارته 😂 واليوم اللي بعده اتصل مايرد والله كمية سوء غير طبيعيه

والمندوب لايتحدث العربيه اثناء مراسلته بالواتس ولايرد على الاتصال تعبت معهم والله فعلا ؟ًيستاهلون اقل من نجمه انا عن نفسي اذا طلبت مستقبلا من اي موقع الاكتروني وشفت مافيه خيار الا هذي الشركه للشحن ! راح اكنسل الطلب بلا تردد؟
