Alinma Bank is the best bank in the region. It goes beyond just the usual banking services. It’s upgraded and up-to-date in the online services, and they always refresh them and add new features plus one of the best services that I like about this bank is if you lost your card, they will not charge you for it never ever you’ll have to pay anything not even if it’s the 10th time that you ask for a card or print it at the bank device for cards no bank in Saudi Arabia, nor in the whole region and by region I mean emirates Syria Bahrain Iraq, and oman ..
Basically, I love Alinma bank .. never thought that I might say this, but it’s the only bank that I love my whole life I used to not love him but this bank change the idea of banking .. thanks for every person who worked to make this bank, the best bank ever ❤️🙏🏻

معلومات مضللة او غير واضح و دقيقة في الحد من العمليات الشهرية او اليومية المسموح بها خصوصا للحوالات الداخلية سواءا عبر خانة الاسئلة بالتطبيق او خدمة العملاء الهاتفية. التطبيق لا يسمح لسحب الاموال من صرافة بنك الانماء رغم وجود هذه الخدمة و مشاركة المشكلة مع خدمة العملاء لحلها منذ اسبوعين تقريبا دون اي رد حتى الان. انتظار طويل و مزعج من الرد الالي الغير منقطع عند التواصل بخدمة العملاء هاتفيًا للتحدث مع ممثلها.


Deceiving and/or unclear policies for monthly or daily allowed transactions, specifically for money transfer to a local bank. I’ve also had a problem with withdrawing money from Al-Inma ATM and raised a resolving request for the issue with customer services since about 2 weeks; however, no response yet. Long wait along with annoying and uninterrupted automatic answer while contacting and waiting to talk with a customer service representative on the phone.
