Alinma Bank is the best bank in the region. It goes beyond just the usual banking services. It’s upgraded and up-to-date in the online services, and they always refresh them and add new features plus one of the best services that I like about this bank is if you lost your card, they will not charge you for it never ever you’ll have to pay anything not even if it’s the 10th time that you ask for a card or print it at the bank device for cards no bank in Saudi Arabia, nor in the whole region and by region I mean emirates Syria Bahrain Iraq, and oman ..
Basically, I love Alinma bank .. never thought that I might say this, but it’s the only bank that I love my whole life I used to not love him but this bank change the idea of banking .. thanks for every person who worked to make this bank, the best bank ever ❤️🙏🏻
App opening issues
Kindly fix the app opening issues from last few days I tried to open alinma pay app but very difficult to open sometimes it’s not taking time to open but some times it’s not opening this is from me I don’t everyone facing same issue or not but I’m facing this issue. kindly fix this issue other services are great and I hope this issue is also fix alinma pay, I appreciate your services thanks alinma pay
Bad service at all
One of most bad wallet service. There is no E-mail contact service. Only have hotline number. After 30/40 min wait I can contact with customer care agent. But they are only time paasing and taking salary. I transferred remittance via alinma pay. But 6 days finished amount showing pending. Nothing action taken after made 3 or 4 times complain against my transfer hold issue. STC pay is comfortable more than Al inma pay. My suggestion is avoid Alinma pay and use STC pay. If you are too much lazy person so you can use this wrost and garbage app. Otherwise 100% not recommended this waste service app. They are palying with us. I don’t know SAMA how to approved this 4th class app?
