Online account on iphone 15 app is not working

Online account on iphone 15 app is not working after last option activate my card when we click on that option just scrolling nothing will happened and not activating card and account not opening

Two main issues need to be resolved

This is very good start for a wallet to be started. The UI is simple and easy to use which makes it user friendly.

For me, the problem starting with: 1- I can’t top-up using credit card, 2- I can’t change my name in english in order to issue the physical card. I called the customer service but nothing changed.

Terrible app - not functioning the basics

Trying to open new account using the app as the online page forces me to use this terrible app. When you proceed, and you enter all your details , you can’t activate your card and can’t activate your account. The app keeps loading forever and i tried multiple times. This is also reported by many users. Very frustrating and unprofessional from a large bank.
