This is the first time i’ve sell my car through Car switch, the experience was amazing, within 24 hours i have sold my car.

This platform does sell your car, and does it swiftly.
But there is a catch. If your car is on high demand and you offer a decent price that at any point of time there some people in need for it you won't experience what I've been through. My car was decent car and I offered a fair price for it. I kept getting offers lower than what I offered. When I lowered my price to the same level of the offers I started getting Lowe offers. I knocked down to a very low price, an extremely irresistible one, and the surprise is that I kept getting even lower offers. Conclusion is the platform is not HONEST, there are fake accounts that make you think some people are interested and want you to accept their lower offer. Moreover, you get calls from a rep asking you if you have time as some people are interested to test drive the car, and this never happens.
It’s just a petty and a joke !!!
I ended up selling my car elsewhere for the same exact fair price I set at the very beginning.

Unfortunately, I thought they are customer friendly and helpful like any other car trading company. However, i agree with the comment I read here earlier that Expats should not sign any documents with them especially when you are selling car they charge 1725 commission fees from seller and other more than a thousand from the buyer also. This makes it quite expensive.
Secondly, in my case the put the incorrect price for my car and want to force a deal on me, when i refuse to agree they asked me to pay 1725/ commission for backing up from the deal. I share all the screen shots, but they are pushing me with legal notice. I hope, i find some people with reason in this company who care about the right and wrongs. May Allah give hidayt to them.
