This new parking company/ system is very bad. It’s actually a very big inconvenience to the public. The machine takes 3 riyals for every hour compared to the previous agency Mawgif which take 1 riyal. Also it’s 24 hours paid parking which is not seen in any country in this world !! Even weekends !! Thirdly their app is a big joke . It steals your money and never works !! What’s the point of paying for parking via app and then having to go to machine to print ticket ??? Are the developers stupid ?? Very poor management and system . Worst iv experienced in my life living in multiple countries

First, you have to purchase a package you cannot pay hour by hour. The package then ends after a certain amount of time like three months. Second, even if you pay with the application and you don't have the parking ticket on the speedometer you will receive a violation, therefore, what is the benefit of having an application, these are duplicates processes. Finally, you cannot obiect on the violation the vou received vou can onlv pay the violation and the customer support number is not working, it's offline.
