I booked a car and paid for it. When I arrived to the selected branch they told me that the car is not available and they didn’t give me another car nor upgrade the car, it is totally disappointing!

I week before i booked car from comfy app…but when i go to pick my car yelo staff ignore me and refuse me to get a car…untill now i didnt get my money back..jizan dhabiya yelo store is very poor service..they treated me as a begger

برنامج أقل ما يقال عنه أنه برنامج نصب ولا يوجد خدمة عملاء وأرجوا الانتباه لأنه سبق وتعاملت معه وحجزت وعند وصولي للوجهة ما حصلت على الخدمة ولا عطوني بديل ولا حصلت حل للمشكلة لأنه رقمهم لا يعمل ولا فيه وصيلة تواصل معهم واضطررت أدفع في حجز جديد من المطار
