Great and easy application to use.
Virtual ID
if there is a service on the App. Then it better be delivered, requesting a simple virtual ID update (as a top tier investor) took over a week and not done, had to call the 800 number and still they said it’s linked to office approvals. Seems like the app is more for internal applause rather than actual customer service and proper satisfaction, unfortunately lots of KAEC was developed around such fake service.
