Great customer service and services

Fantastic home cleaning service! I've been using their services for over a year now and they have consistently provided excellent results. The cleaning team is always punctual, professional, and thorough. They pay close attention to detail and make sure every nook and cranny is spotless. The products they use are eco-friendly and leave my home smelling fresh. I greatly appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction - they are happy to address any concerns and ensure I'm completely satisfied before they leave. Highly recommend this reliable and trustworthy cleaning company!"

0 Star - extremely bad customer service

I requested 2 workers and the application accepted with no issues. On the day of the service where I had to leave my office to come to the house expecting the workers to arrive shortly they cancelled the service 😳 the reason is they don’t cover my area. I wasn’t informed ahead of time although I had a chat with an agent 3 days before the service appointment and i reconfirmed it, and she didn’t mention anything about cancellation. Today when the service was cancelled the chat agent had the guts to ask me to give her good rating for her customer service!!! Worst administration and customer service ever. Her name is Nesma and the other one is Nada. So unprofessional and no respect for people’s time. Actually the fact that they give TWO HOURS timeframe for the workers to arrive this tells how no respect for people’s time what so ever. Too too bad. I recommend using Raha much better, unfortunately i couldn’t find an appointment they are fully booked. And now I know why I found an appointment easily with Dari because of their bad service they are available.
The one star is only to be able to add a review. The deserve below zero star.

No customer service what so ever

The app is Good and easy to use, the helpers that are sent are very clean and fast, BUT I had problems with the timings TWICE where I would wait and no one shows up or calls me after the meant time for the maid to arrive and say they are not coming and it actually cost me two business meetings !! That is not the issue, the issue is that the customer service was so bad and no one really listened to my problem or try to solve it or compensate for the bad situation they put me in, it ended with a sarcastic email ( after the many emails I sent ) from the customer service with no actual solution for what happened or an explanation of WHY they stood me up. It’s also so hard and almost impossible to talk to a supervisor or someone one the phone !!!

عمري ما تعبت نفسي و كتبت رفيو لابليكيشن بس فعلا اللي ردو علي قهروني و ما عندهم اي خبره بالتعامل مع العملاء و اخر واحد رد اسمه زياد رد و بتمصخر!!!! و الايميل موجود !!!!!!!!! اجتماعين اضطريت الغيهم عشان فلمتوني اخر لحظه فعلا ما تستحقو الثقه و حمسح الاب!
