The App has a lot of lags and bugs!! And keeps loading forever! However, the customer service is perfect and solves issues in no time

App closes automatically
Whenever I click to open the App it closes automatically. I tried to redownload it and the same issue occurs. I even connect to a different WiFi connection and still facing the same problem
