Got charged extra
I’m having to leave a negative review because I was charged extra on more than one occasion and their live support does not respond.
This happened to me twice - I was returning the scooter at the end of my ride and it wouldn’t accept the helmet. I returned the helmet in its place the correct way, but it didn’t detect it for some reason. This went on for a good 10 mins before the scooter finally decided to accept the helmet. I got charged for the time wasted returning the helmet on both those rides.
Generally durable scooters but
The app needs a lot of enhancements, I always get extra charged due to a delay from their side, or the helmet sensor did not catch the helmet yet. This costed me a lot.

Very easy to use app and durable scooters 👍. Faced some technical issues and the tech team was very helpful and dealt with the problem asap.
