Doctors on the app now cancel on you, never show up or mistreat patients which is unlike before. And when THE APP asks me to rate doctors and leave a review. My honest review never shows up which is odd considering my reviews are not bashing the Dr. nor is vulgar. And when I contacted the app they told me it takes time for them to “review comments” which again I find pretty odd for the app to remove comments that doesn’t contain mean language without notifying the reviewer just to support unprofessional people. I have been on the app for over a year ( deleting now) and it is very unethical to be misusing people’s medical interest this way.
