Great restaurant and great service but please fix this app

Please make this app smooth like the rest food apps, I’ve been using this app since 2016 And I am still wondering when will the ordering experience thru this app gets easier and faster I don’t want to spend 15 minutes choosing offers and removing them again because somehow it appears in the screen as (incomplete) . Everything else is amazing and great 👍

As being one of the biggest restaurants in the world, I can’t see the why won’t you pay more attention to make this app better than it is. I study information systems, I know how apps are meant to be made and how much effort you have to put to satisfy your customers, which clearly that doesn’t apply in this case.I really suggest to put some money for better developers and specially app designers to make it more efficient and satisfying experience. In the end, this app does the job, but this doesn’t match the company’s reputation at all. Thank you for reading this and I hope considering taking actions.

This food app is one of slowest developed apps I have ever seen, I especially hate its dull UX/UI for the past 20 years (since the website). Lately I see several enhancement attempts but it’s still bad at its core. Maybe it needs full revamp to compete with the competitors.I recently tried to schedule my order in the future. When I arrived, they still hadn’t made my order even though it’s a few minutes later. When I argued they said it doesn’t show on screen until the said time! There is a design issue somewhere or the staff are not trained for this.

What I personally think about this app is it’s good but it needs a new update to the face and loading screens and I think if this happened I would only order this app + the app needs to be compatible with all types of phones ,tablets and any other device overall it’s a decent app so no problem it does its job
