The app is good and simple but adding english language would make people life easier.

‏سويت طلب 9:00 مساء بحيث أنهم اليوم الثاني عطوني خيارات من 1:00 إلى 3:00 وصلني المندوب 8:00 مساء لا توجد لديهم مصداقية التعامل لديهم صفر للأسف الشديد خدمة العملاء لا يستطيعون التواصل مع المندوبين وهذا شيء مضحك فقط تتواصل معهم ويقول لك المندوب إن شاء الله راح يجيك المندوب مطنش ويوصل لك بعد طلب بخمس ساعات و الله خدمة سيئة جدا جدا جدا ولو كان في أقل من من نجمة اعطيتهم I made an order at 9:00 pm so that on the second day they gave me options from 1:00 to 3:00. The representative reached me at 8:00 pm. They do not have the credibility of dealing. They have zero. Unfortunately, customer service cannot communicate with the representatives. This is a funny thing. You just contact them and the representative tells you, God willing, the representative will come to you and reach you five hours after an order. God, very, very bad service, even if there is less than a star I gave them.

This is app and also delivery is good but in app English language is not available .please add English language in app .Although app is good but we do not send our parcels due to language
