Application needs complete rework

The application is significantly lower in services and not user friendly than similar applications of other banks.Adding funds through apple pay or cards is always faulty deducts the money and don’t deposit it into your Enjaz account and many times you have to visit the branch to get your money back which is extremely weird.Adding funds is a hidden function and you have to look for it, it took time to figure out how to find itIn Conclusion it needs a complete redesign.It’s not a good representation of Al Bilad Bank at all.

Worst app - international transaction - apple wallet

It’s a worse app I have used. Neither international transaction is working properly nor apple wallet. I am getting error “mobile number is not linked with iqama” even number is linked. I am trying to extract my money from Enjaz app to stc pay and urpay using apple wallet however I am getting error “transaction declined” even I have amount in my Enjaz app. I have called customer care multiple times however their response is delete the app (done but still same issue) and visit the branch then what is role of digital app, issues should be resolved by calling customer care.
