The App is pretty Much USELESS
Well for starters the User interface is pretty empty it feels like a cheap scammer’s website where you get told that you have won 10 thousands dollars there is only one button at the main screen that says Order Now and when you press it nothing happens and it doesn’t work even back when it worked for me before it was so confusing it made a delivery order for me from a branch that DOES NOT HAVE DELIVERY they contacted me like an hour later and told me Well your order isn’t coming since our branch DOES NOT HAVE DELIVERY even tho on the App it showed that delivery is available
Worst Delivery Food ever!
The application itself does not display the history of orders, that is, you do not see your orders. Terrible food delivery service!
The order yesterday came cold, the buns in the burgers were stale, crumbling. Everything went to the trash! There is missing item in the order, the support center did not call back. Even the receipt of payment was not in the order! Family fast food dinner was ruined. This is not the first time! All my family deleted the Burger King app from their phones. We will never buy food from this place again. Shame on Burger King Saudi Arabia!
The worst app i have ever had the displeasure of downloading
Here is my experience with this app. I ordered a delivery from a nearby branch that is 4 KM away. They transferred the order to another barnch that is very far away without informing me. An hour passed and the order was supposed to take 30 mins. I called them and they said that the driver was busy and the branch I originally ordered from doesn’t deliver. I wanted to cancel the order and they refused and charged me the full delivery price even though I had to pick it up myself from the branch.
