"Daman" application is the new and official application of the Health Insurance Council for providing e-health insurance services to individuals, citizens and residents of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The Daman application aims to enable individuals to obtain their insurance information for themselves and their family members.
The Daman application enables beneficiaries to manage inquiries and complaints against insurance companies and health service providers to ensure that the beneficiary receives medical services.
The most important services provided by the Daman application:
1. View the insurance information for you and your family members.
2. Add the insurance card to the wallet card.
3. View the list and map of the approved medical network.
4. View the insurance rights.
5. View the schedule of benefits.
6. Submit and manage inquiries and complaints.
7. Communication with the Secretary General.
