20 days ago we are not able to order any item by online from Center Point there is a problem in payment (error) and we have complained 100 times to your careless support team to solve this issue but no one response So in this case it’s better to uninstall this application since it’s useless and the technical is not caring of fixing the problem

I bought two sets of children’s clothing for newborn boys on Thursday, February 22, the day of the Saudi Foundation Day celebration, from Center Point in Dhahran Mall at 10:49. There was an offer: buy one and get two at a 50% discount. I took them as a gift, but my friend gave birth to twin girls, so I returned on Saturday. Center Point in Dhahran approximately 12:45 in order to replace them. I was surprised. The person responsible for the replacement punished me because I had removed the price tag from the sets, even though everything was recorded in the invoice, and it did not take her more than 5 minutes. I was surprised that she said that the offer had expired, and took my discount credit card and canceled everything. Something nervous and arrogant, as if I had committed a crime. I checked the tickets on the sets and found the discount offer stuck. When I confronted her, she said it was over. I asked her to take it back from the cashier. She said that the official’s approval was required. They called her, don’t care, and they left me waiting for half an hour until I asked for someone to act on her behalf. Finally, they sent me a employee. He is of Filipino nationality, but he was polite and said that as long as she has the invoice, there is no problem, and that they will put another ticket with the price on the sets. I had a credit card registered on the invoice, but it would not be credited to me. He said that the offer continues, and I have to take two sets for the two sets that I bought in exchange, as the person responsible for the exchange is a dishonest person. She cooperated badly and delayed me for an hour and a half unnecessarily. This person is incompetent and irresponsible
Very Bad Online Company

They only gave half of my orderThe delivery company has very rude and disrespectful employees The 2nd half of my order never came and the delivery man lied and said I refused the package which I already paid for. The delivery replacement man said he lost my package (probably stole it). Needless to say I never received my order I called in to report the issue and each time the person I spoke to said he would file a complaint to the delivery company and that my items would arrive within 2 days. Each time 2 days passed and no package came; I called again and again and the same thing happened. After several times of fighting for this issue I asked to speak to the manager; each time no matter what time of day, they claimed he wasn’t there!!!! Meaning they didn’t Care!!!! Today I received a refund, without a message saying why or that they apologize for the inconvenience!!!! How horrible of them!!!!

Try to avoid this app you can shop with the repectable online shopping apps but not center point, the customer service agent cancelled my order by mistake and they kept the money as well!! So I didnt get my item nor my money since 30th sep and no one knows how to solve it as you have a technical issue I really stopped calling you or even claim my right coz I know its hopeless case. Agents with zero level expeience or goods awareness also very careless manager who called abdulrahman who really didnt help at all I think you guys must know that client satisfication is really important as much as making money.. the same case happens already with 2 of my friends you really need to work on yourself..
