Don’t recommend AT ALL, other service providers are better.

If you are expecting guests it’s risky to request their services!!I had a very frustrating experience with this cleaning service, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts. I scheduled an appointment for a cleaning at evening shift, but no one showed up. I waited for 3 and a half hours and attempted to contact them multiple times for an update.When they finally responded, they told me that their night shift starts from 7:30 to 9:30. Then, I was informed that there was no service scheduled for that day. Confusingly, later on, I learned that the service had actually been performed during the morning shift. To top it all off, I received a message claiming they had called me and that I had said the service was already completed, which is completely untrue.This entire experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, characterized by poor communication, deception, and a blatant disregard for my time. I felt dismissed and lied to throughout the process. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience. Time is valuable, and this company did not respect that. **Highly suggest looking elsewhere for cleaning services!**

The worst cleaning app ever, the worst customer service ever, and the worst timing ever. They are not managing scheduled appointments as it should be managed. And they are using an outsourcing company to deliver the service so the don’t have direct access to change time or to update you with an easy information like when should the service starts. When you try to contact the customer service they will only say we are deeply sorry to hear about that and we will try to resolve the issue asap, and they even close the chat while you are talking if they don’t have an answer to your question. Worst customer service agent Hager Gaber.

Terrible experience with this app. They claim to operate in Saudi Arabia, but it turns out they’re actually operating from Egypt, which was misleading from the start. The delivery timing was completely inaccurate. They initially promised a certain time, but later changed it without any notification. When I asked for a return, their customer service was completely unhelpful and refused to assist. The overall service is unreliable, and the communication is poor. I won’t be using this app again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting a smooth delivery experience.
