It provides a safe enviroment in the community thingyThe therapist is great so far, I feel safe and heared. Nothing is recorded and you can choose how to communicate wither it is text, voice or vedio.You can have 15 minuets covered by your ensurance every 2 weeks, which is common I guess. You may not benefit from your ensurance, maybe with medications, I honestly don't know. I am not sure about the prices but compared to another app I tried, it was very resonable. They provide Tabby and Tammara.My plan was an offer (6 sessions 1 hour each) for around 1350 SR. You have a discount in the first 72 hours.I know there are coupons but I did not use any as it was an offer.I would highly recommend.and happy healing

Difficult refund process and wrong appointment timetable

I have found money refund process extremely non user friendly and there is no transparency as you never get to know when you will have your money back. No matter what you write to customer service regarding refund they always say check your bank statement and fail to provide transaction number from their end.Secondly, most of the time i found that app shows available slots of a consultant, you book one of them, and then you get to know at the time of appointment consultant is not available. And there is no way that can be used to provide feedback and rating of consultants in such cases.

I have found money refund process extremely non user friendly and there is no transparency as you never get to know when you will have your money back. No matter what you write to customer service regarding refund they always say check your bank statement and fail to provide transaction number from their end.Secondly, most of the time i found that app shows available slots of a consultant, you book one of them, and then you get to know at the time of appointment consultant is not available. And there is no way that can be used to provide feedback and rating of consultants in such cases.

I booked 2 sessions with 2 different therapists but unfortunately No show in both! And that confirms that they don’t take virtual visits seriously as actual visits, like how many times you booked an actual appointment with a physician and you arrived but the physician did not show up? Never! I don’t mind if they cancel at least 1 hour ahead but not showing up and leaving us waiting for the cancel button to pop up is disrespectful and such a waste of our time!
