It is clear this platform is designed only for the most passive, unengaged, buy-and-forget type of investor. The selection is so small and basic that it's impossible to do any sort of active trading strategy, like tactical sector rotation, for example. If I believe technology is overvalued and want to rotate into industrial, or healthcare stocks, my options are limited to a pathetic two or three large-cap companies in each sector. This is not nearly enough to build any kind of meaningful or diversified position. The app's limitations force you into a simple buy and hold strategy with just a handful of the same old famous names, which is not remotely suitable for everyone's financial goals.

My account was wrongfully suspended over two weeks ago during a period of high market volatility. After days of fighting with a chatbot, I finally received an email from a support manager. She assured me my case was a top priority and that she would provide an update within 48 hours. That already was ten days ago and I have sent five follow-up emails, each one more desperate than the last. Her only response has been a single, generic email stating like We are still investigating the issue and appreciate your patience. Her investigation has cost me dearly a lot. I missed the opportunity to exit a losing position in the energy sector and was unable to invest in the tech rally that followed

The charting tools are so clunky and unresponsive they are practically useless for any serious technical analysis. When I apply a simple indicator like a Moving Average the entire app freezes for several seconds as it struggles to render the data. Trying to zoom in a specific timeframe is a laggy, frustrating experience where the chart jumps around uncontrollably. Menu for adding indicators covers half the screen so I can't even see the price action I'm trying to analyze. For an app that's supposed to empower traders, providing such a dysfunctional charting package is a major failure. I'm forced to use a different company's website just for analysis before switching back to this app to trade
