Easy to use , booked the car in less than 2 mins and they have got good variety of car rentalsWas travelling from riyadh to dammam and the car was ready before even i got thereThe support staff was spot on in assisting and keeping me updated and the application was very clear Highly recommend it

Car Scratches During Rental

-This app is easy to use,But i have some issue, there is no english customer service, I rented for 5 days and deliver it to me with smooth transaction😊..but During my rental I notice There is scratches at Left front bumper maybe from Parking somebody bump into it,i want to report but there is no way to report in english its all arabic🙃,so I waited until the day of pickup the car When i told them about what happen, They just simply told me I need to Pay 400 riyals...its Ok for me im willing to pay but when i asked if there is a way to report it if it will happen again in the future,like this one,and I said i will provide the CCTV who did this scratches but they said No,its my responsibily,I just Need to pay the amount they ask,so I paid it, No guidance what to do if it will happen again,its my first time using this app,Unlike othere car rental app there someone to talk to like this incident..Maybe this is the last time i'l use this App😊...

اسوأ تطبيق على الاطلاق ،، مافيه احترام للعميل ولا وقته ،،حجزت السيارة الساعه ١٠ الصباح علشان تجيني الساعه ٨ المساء لان عندي موعد مهم ،، وبكل بساطة الساعه ٨ بالوقت اللي المفروض استلم فيه السيارة يلغون الطلب ومن دون اي تبرير للمشكلة !! اتواصل معاهم ابغى حل يصرفوني ويقولون لي الادارة بتتواصل معاك ولم تتواصل معي الادارة ابداً ولا بكلمة جبر خاطر على الموقف السيء اللي حطوني ولأني عميلة اول مرة استخدم التطبيقThe worst application ever ,, no respect for the customer nor his time ,, I booked the car at 10 in the morning to get me at 8 pm because I have an important appointment, and simply it is 8 pm at the time I was supposed to receive the car, they cancel the request and without any justification for the problem !! I communicate with them because I want a solution to the problem that they put me in !! They tell me the administration is communicating with you, and the administration has never communicated with me

Too early for returning the rented car

I rented a car for 1 week which starts from October 3-10,2025 at 5pm. But the rental company called me past 1pm to remind me that they will go get the car from me at 3pm which is 2 hours until 5pm as indicated on the returning policy of the car. And it is indicated in their policy that if the car is returned after the said date it will be considered and charged for 1 full day and yet they took the car hours before it’s due. It’s just kinda disappointing to that part. Aside from that the car is working good and AC is working well.
