Erwaa is an online platform and smartphone application with the aim of enabling individuals interested in contributing to providing water to mosques easily and confidently in KSA. In addition to facilitating water delivery to mosques, this versatile app also enables users to conveniently deliver water to homes. You can request drinking water for any mosque or home of your choice through three simple steps: 1. Select Mosque / Home 2. Choose the Quantity 3. Submit your request.
The Erwaa application facilitates water delivery to mosques and homes in all cities across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including Riyadh, Mecca, Medina, Jeddah, Al Khobar, Dhahran, Abha, Khamis Mushait, and more.
With Erwaa, individuals have access to a variety of drinking water brands, including the private Erwaa water brand.

Great service
Great service and I like simplicity for it.😍
Missing two stars because of below point🥹:
I was not able to find any channels to share my feedback for pending orders. I have look at mobile app, website and even I try to raise a ticket through website by using my email and comments bar but after submitting comments a page come up with “ File not found.”
Specially that I have orders come Pete more than 2 days without any update.
Looking forward to see improvement for customer experience.

I’ve received 10 boxes of water.
-They’re not ZamZam
- They’re not even ارواء Erwa Water. It was different brand.
- The water was hot like it was in the sun. (Bad storging) which is unhealthy to drink the water even after cooling it.
- No phone number to contact.
- Overpriced really small boxes.
- المويه لما استلمتها كانت حاره زيادة عن اللازم كانها معرض للشمس.
- لا يوجد رقم جوال للتواصل.
- المويه ليست زمزم ولا يوجد زمزم.
- شركة المويه على العبوة اسم مختلف ليست اروى للاسف اسمها (ريلام)!!
- سعر مبالغ فيه على كرتون صغير جداً.
- التوصيل كان سريع خلال 24 ساعة.
- والتصوير والتوثيق لي مكان تسليم المويه كان رائع.
