Great service and I like simplicity for it.😍Missing two stars because of below point🥹:I was not able to find any channels to share my feedback for pending orders. I have look at mobile app, website and even I try to raise a ticket through website by using my email and comments bar but after submitting comments a page come up with “ File not found.”Specially that I have orders come Pete more than 2 days without any update.Looking forward to see improvement for customer experience.All the best 🫡

I’ve received 10 boxes of water. -They’re not ZamZam - They’re not even ارواء Erwa Water. It was different brand. - The water was hot like it was in the sun. (Bad storging) which is unhealthy to drink the water even after cooling it.- No phone number to contact. - Overpriced really small boxes. - المويه لما استلمتها كانت حاره زيادة عن اللازم كانها معرض للشمس.- لا يوجد رقم جوال للتواصل.- المويه ليست زمزم ولا يوجد زمزم.- شركة المويه على العبوة اسم مختلف ليست اروى للاسف اسمها (ريلام)!!- سعر مبالغ فيه على كرتون صغير جداً.- التوصيل كان سريع خلال 24 ساعة.- والتصوير والتوثيق لي مكان تسليم المويه كان رائع.

Once i tried to copy my credit and paste it to the application, it’s rejected while it should be easy to use to motivate and encourage us to pay and use this app. In fact i found difficultly to continue
