The experience of this app is so bad!!!First. If you are foreigner, you can not rent the car. Because of the local resident ID. What a ridiculous thing that it’s a car rent app. Maybe it’s for local people and the foreigners are not their customers.Second. You need to pay at the moment when you booked so that it can be pending no matter the result is approved or not. Unfortunately, I’m not approved because of the resident ID. Guess what? I can’t find any of the booking details from the app. It’s like i didn’t do anything before except the email told me I’m not approved and i need to contact on the app. And nobody or anything told me how to do and where is my refund.In the end. I find the live chat on the app and want to know what happened. It was said that typically replied in 6 min. And i was waiting for 5 hours. 5 hours??? Live chat???6-7min? It’s just about the booking issue. I can’t imagine when i booked the car and if it broke down. I reviewed the comments from the app. Many people complained about the customer service. It’s a truth and so terrible. If you still want to use. Wish you good luck.

I have been a loyal customer for three years, always paying my installments on time and even recommending this company to my family. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing.At the end of my contract, the dealership contacted me because my car’s registration had expired. I immediately returned the car to them so they could renew the registration, and they provided me with a temporary replacement vehicle. It then took the dealership almost two months to renew the registration — which was completely out of my control.Now, I have been charged an additional 900 SAR because, according to customer service, “the contract was still active” during that period. But the delay happened because of the company’s poor management and scheduling, not because of me. I was only using the replacement car since they were holding my vehicle for renewal.When I raised the issue, customer service refused to take responsibility or escalate the case, simply saying that the 900 SAR charge was “valid.” This is very disappointing and unacceptable after being a punctual and cooperative customer for three years.If this is how loyal customers are treated, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. I hope management reviews this case and improves how they handle customer issues instead of penalizing customers for the company’s own delays

Terrible customer service and ridiculous renting terms. I rented a Chinese car that turned out to have many many issues and all my incident reports were ignored. They offered no refund in case i return it and no swapping option in the first month. So essentially I was stuck with a piece of junk for a month and i paid for returning it twice despite them promising a refund for my first return fee. Customer service is literally one girl who occasionally opens the chat (They don't work on weekends or past 5 and they barely reply by 10am) so if you get into a car accident good luck with that. You’re on your own. They dont connect you directly with the dealer they’re dealing with either. For returns you have to go drop off the car yourself even if the app gives you the option for it to be picked up. Other apps like karwa offer similar deals with way better customer service. DO NOT USE THIS APP.
