The app lags & has nothing to do with internet connection. Also, wish there were more options when browsing offers other than choosing the brand but also by category.

Many i am placing an orders, i do not understand why there is no available in store but on stock in the apps. Difficult for the delivery guy and consumer when items are not available. Check many time what is another item can be replaced and sometimes the same issue when we replaced the items, also not available, so we decided to order in Hunger station and is easy doesnt takes for an hour, in your store it takes for more than 1-2 hours coz only one guy delivery is not easy and they mostly need to walk to the whole Compound to send orders, is really difficult specially during hot summer. Workers are making money for the business so please make convinient for them🙏🙏🙏Can you imagine i ordered just now, all of the items i ordered not in store

Many i am placing an orders, i do not understand why there is no available in store but on stock in the apps. Difficult for the delivery guy and consumer when items are not available. Difficult to pay online and still no delivery

I find its quite difficult to pay online, no apple pay option, and when I want to fill the card’s data, it keeps blank again when i open my bank apps to see the card number, can not paste the numbers either, you need to hold your cards and see right through it when fill the card’s data for payment.And they still click n collect base, no delivery.I hope you can be better.

I would love to talk to the product manager in charge of this app and see just how little they and/or management care about this app and the services it offers. It’s click and collect, but the stores are not listed on a map. They’re given by the city and neighbourhood. Multiple locations in your neighbourhood? We won’t tell you which is which until after you make an order. Oh yeah, and you get to choose from a list of all the stores in the country. No filtering by city or the app using your location to help you. Scroll!And that’s just the stupidity trying to set the pickup location. Good luck actually using the search engine to find an item you need. I could go on listing more faults in the app but then this review would be longer than the dictionary. Everything about this app screams incompetence on every level. A horrible horrible experience.
