i love Sephora because it has all the makeup i need, it's my third favorite store and there is no deference because if u go to the store you will find everything you found here in sephora but at online

The New Update: Disappointing and Frustrating

I’ve been a loyal Sephora app user for years, but the latest update is a massive step backward. The app has become painfully slow, taking forever to load pages and complete simple tasks like searching for products or checking out. It used to be seamless and efficient, but now it’s frustrating to use. The new design feels cluttered and unintuitive, making navigation a challenge. Features that once worked smoothly now lag or fail altogether. Shopping, which should be enjoyable, has turned into an ordeal. I genuinely loved the old version of the app—it was fast, user-friendly, and reliable. This update has ruined the experience, and I find myself avoiding the app altogether. Sephora, please listen to your customers and address these issues. Until then, I can’t recommend using the app in its current state.

If the app starts offering Apple Pay, it would be of great help. The app could be more user friendly by having different sections for items on sale and gift sets. Plus the free gift offers are not available on the app. You can see them in the site but they are not visible on the app. Working on these areas could be really helpful.

For the second time, I ordered a product from Sephora and I was going to receive it in the store, but it turned out to be unavailable, and the order canceled, but I paid and the amount was deducted from my account, and it was not returned! The first time the same thing happened two months ago and the amount was deducted then the order was canceled and I did not get my money back. I sent emails, called customer service, went to the branch and did not find any response. This is very bad!!
