*This application is for Galaxy Buds+ and Galaxy Buds Live. Support for Galaxy Buds (SM-R170) is not available.

Open the charging case.
On your mobile device, tap Settings -> Bluetooth and then connect earbuds and mobile devices.
Launch the Samsung Galaxy Buds app, and the follow the on-screen instructions to complete the connection.

* The Samsung Galaxy Buds application connects Samsung Galaxy Buds+ and Samsung Galaxy Buds Live to your iPhone.

* Use the Samsung Galaxy Buds application to set up and manage the following features.

- Connect to and disconnect from a mobile device
- Earbuds & Charging Case battery status
- Ambient Sound (Samsung Galaxy Buds+ only)
- Active Noise Cancelling (Samsung Galaxy Buds Live only)
- Equalizer Setting
- Touchpad Setting
- Advanced Feature
- Find my Earbuds
- Earbuds Software Update

* Compatibility:
- iPhone 7 or later models with the iOS 10 and higher version
- The Galaxy Buds application is not compatible with Galaxy Buds (SM-R170)

* Settings and features provided by the Galaxy Buds application are only available when Galaxy Buds+ or Galaxy Buds Live is connected to your mobile device. Features will not work properly without a proper connection between your earbuds and your mobile device.

So disappointed! Pro is still not supported!!

Since the last update (Which was last year) the Pro earbuds are still not supported!! Amazing earbuds but not utilized to its full potential just because of the lack of care for their iOS using clients .. I'm really considering stop buying other manufacturers like Samsung and other brans because I always face a problem when using their products with Apple devices.

Volume problem

Ive been wearing my galaxy buds+ for over a year now and i havent been facing much problems with it. But one thing i keep struggling with is the volume. It has become way too low even on the highest sound setting. I tried resetting them but it didnt change anything. I clean them on a regular basis and make sure i update them when ever there is an update. I use them on my phone and laptop. Does it have to do with the app or the settings on my phone or is it a problem with the buds? How can i fix this problem?

Hi there! This is highly unusual and we apologize for the inconvenience.
If your Buds+/Live are not working for one ear, this could be a hardware issue. Nevertheless, please check the app to see if both the Earbuds are charged up. If the problem persist, here's a few other things that you can try:
1. Place both buds in the charging case for 10-15 seconds, then place them back in your ears.
2. Disable Bluetooth on the connected mobile device for around 20 seconds then re-enable it.
3. Open the Galaxy Wearables app > About Earbuds > Reset Earbuds
If the issue still persists, then we'd recommend visiting a Samsung Support Centre where an engineer can inspect the buds for you.

I hope you guys add that in the app cuz ive been experiencing latency

Dear devlopers so ive been using my galaxy buds live’s on my iphone and its great but i noticed a thing i went ahead and connected them to my friends samsung note 8 and under labs tab appeared gaming mode which I don’t see in the app so i would really appreciate it if you guys add gaming mode also known as low latency mode support for iphone thx and have a nice day
